EAT: jeon

Best way to get rid of some straggling vegetables in the fridge:  savory Korean pancakes (jeon or buchim)!

It occurred to me whilst cooking that I should take some pictures and post them-- I don't have the mindset of a blogger yet--must photograph everything!

I love making these at home because I can add a lot of veggies!  The beauty of this dish is that you can add absolutely anything that suits your taste.  I've added chopped onions, asian chives (puchu), garlic, zucchini, watercress, green onions, and ground turkey meat.

You can purchase pre-made flour mix or make it from scratch (flour, eggs, salt, pepper).  I forgot to take a picture of the dipping sauce: apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil/seeds, red chili flakes, green onions, and agave syrup.

  1. thanks for commenting! I have that same korean pancake mix at my house =)

Yea I think they are the same pretty much except BB creams have more additive properties which I prefer. Like an enhanced tinted moisturizer

THANK YOU

Thank you to everyone who has visited this site and left encouraging comments.  I appreciate and thrive off of sharing and learning about new things everyday, which was the intent of this little hobby.  I have been away due to a hectic personal life (who's isnt?).  I finally have a little time to breathe and spend time doing what I love-- creating content about skin care, beauty, and health :).  Stay tuned for new posts starting September!
