Best way to get rid of some straggling vegetables in the fridge: savory Korean pancakes ( jeon or buchim )! It occurred to me whilst cooking that I should take some pictures and post them-- I don't have the mindset of a blogger yet--must photograph everything! I love making these at home because I can add a lot of veggies! The beauty of this dish is that you can add absolutely anything that suits your taste. I've added chopped onions, asian chives ( puchu ), garlic, zucchini, watercress, green onions, and ground turkey meat. You can purchase pre -made flour mix or make it from scratch (flour, eggs, salt, pepper). I forgot to take a picture of the dipping sauce: apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil/seeds, red chili flakes, green onions, and agave syrup.
hi sweetie, your nails look fabulous. thank you so much for your sweet comment :) i usually wear a nude colored bandeau or a spaghetti strap nude tank made of very thin material, so it doesn't add bulk. good luck!
