Best way to get rid of some straggling vegetables in the fridge: savory Korean pancakes ( jeon or buchim )! It occurred to me whilst cooking that I should take some pictures and post them-- I don't have the mindset of a blogger yet--must photograph everything! I love making these at home because I can add a lot of veggies! The beauty of this dish is that you can add absolutely anything that suits your taste. I've added chopped onions, asian chives ( puchu ), garlic, zucchini, watercress, green onions, and ground turkey meat. You can purchase pre -made flour mix or make it from scratch (flour, eggs, salt, pepper). I forgot to take a picture of the dipping sauce: apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil/seeds, red chili flakes, green onions, and agave syrup.
yay! i can't wait to see what lotion you use.. i'm always on the hunt for a better moisturizer!!
ReplyDeleteoy i've been thinking about doing a makeup post because i've gotten a few request for it.. but i dunno if i'd be any good haha i don't really consider myself a makeup guru or anything i just kinda slap it on.. and hope for the best hahahaha!
